THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SANGHA
.
On the last trip to Spain, I was very aware of this, how important it is to surround yourself with people who vibrate at the same frequency, who share our madness and if not, at least respect it. The importance of the SANGHA.
.
What I understand by #sangha is far from perfect. What is evident is that we are beings who live in society, and as such, others have a great impact on our lives.
.
Thanks to others we not only satisfy our basic and even emotional needs, but we can also have access to a deep meaning of life and access tools that make us evolve and improve as people.
.
But honestly, how difficult it seems to me when I'm on the other side of the world !
But at the same time, when I see, live and feel that people come to the courses and retreats who share my madness it exploded . It's like it gives me "hope" that I'm not a weirdo, but in Spain, I haven't STILL met my tribe. Because it is clear that they do come to this side of the world.
Thank you to all of you who are part of my madness, to all of us who make up the family, the Seraki sangha. And thanks to the 22 chicks of this October course for your eternal curiosity, desire, dedication, love and smiles.
.
Hopefully more and more crazy people doing what they love and in that search to know each other, to know what we really are

Adeyeye called the attention of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, to three senators — Dino Melaye, Oluremi Tinubu and Monsurat Sunmonu — who were in red to…
