The mission has these little notes above the objective btw. Something like the mission with Quria in Splicer. I noticed a few of them while I played, but not all of them so I went through my recording to get them all. It's a neat little "lore tab" about the protocol. There's a lot of images so here's all the relevant text and the rest of the screenshots are under read more:

Then the loading of Loki Crown goes up until it reaches 98%.

Some interesting new stuff. SKYSHOCK with context HADES is new. We've only seen OUTSIDE and INSIDE contexts.

SILENT VELES countermeasure has only been mentioned once, in the aftermath of the SIVA incident. I'm unsure what exactly these two mean, but it's interesting to note that both Hades and Veles are mythological figures with ties to the underworld.

The later part is almost identical to the original tab about the Abhorrent Imperative, since it mimics the criteria for why it's being activated, notably the bits about "imminent [O] departure" and "compromising human survival and epoch strategy."

We can also see when Eramis hacked in with her own virus ("VIRAL INJECTION DETECTED") just before new encryption keys were generated. That then leads to activating SILENT VELES and disengaging safety protocols and then LOKI CROWN which puts the original protocol into effect.
