you have so many gorgeous pieces but the sun/moon gold/silver piece of n'abjid and ghi'la'nas is still my favourite. the soft sweet tender forehead touch, the bold delicate detailing, the bright colours

It is a really good piece, I still can't believe the detail I put into everything. The biggest tragedy is I lost the original file when my previous laptop melted so now all I have is the picture I uploaded to Tumblr 😔

the juno steel detective agency & taxes: does juno foist off the company's finances on rita, or has rita never done her taxes legally in her life and juno doesn't trust her with them?

I’m going to be extremely self-indulgent here, given that I see way too much of myself in Juno, and there are long periods of time when I have no freakin’ clue what month it is (even before 2020). Thank god my partner is into finance, because I cannot be trusted with taxes. So I’m gonna say he probably shouldn’t be involved in that.

And knowing Rita “can do multilayered decryption in her head in a matter of seconds” [REDACTED], she probably sees them as a weird little logic puzzle.

Also, as Juno’s secretary, I feel like Rita would fold that into her responsibilities (and/or hiring an accountant, or doing the Standard Hyperion City Tax Evasion (tm)-- which, hell, you know that if Rita’s doing the tax evading, absolutely nobody is ever going to catch them.

But consider:

Rita can absolutely do the taxes in a heartbeat, but she gets herself so psyched up about it beforehand that she freezes up. This would be a huge problem, but Juno knows exactly how to calm her down so she can do them. They make a quarterly ritual out of it, where he gets her favorite sodas and Dusty Cruncies and they sit down to do it together-- though Juno is largely acting as moral support.

ok so the rooms with the red walls are the rooms that are visible and accessible to the public (aka non-household members) 

but if u go into some of the rooms, like this bedroom, or the dining room, i have hidden doors that are disguised as book shelves that are locked and only accessible to vespa and buddy

and so this is the room behind the dining room’s “bookshelf”

and then these three rooms (that don’t have red walls) are attached to the “bookshelf” in buddy and vespa’s room. 

its just preset rooms with cool secret stuff for them bc i think they deserve it :) plus im placing them with the criminal career so gotta have ur secrets safe !

in hindsight, maybe i shouldve put these rooms like in an underground level, but ill leave that for later since i spent all their funds on fancy living lol

everyone is freaking out, scared over the end of ultrabots pt.2, and here i am vibrating with excitement over how it's setting up the perfect "double cross the audience" heist movie, where we think everything is going wrong only for a big reveal that peter came clean to buddy and this was ALL her plan. but also with jsut so much angst. bonus points if juno gets grabbed as collateral, or peter gets grabbed because the debt collector is pissed at him

DUDE I’M STILL SOOOOOOOOO NERVOUS because like...even though I KNOW things will turn out fine, I’m gonna’ be losing my mind while that ploy takes place lmao...I’m too sensitive someone send HELP

But more to your ask, I LOVE THE IDEA OF BUDDY KNOWING THE WHOLE TIME. I’m crossing my fingers for a big reveal like that, where either Buddy or the whole crew are briefed on Peter’s situation off-screen (and we listeners get pistol-whipped when the bad guys are like, “Wait a second...WHY is the CURE MOTHER PRIME CASE filled with WHIPPED CREAM???”)

ok but does Uncle Jet go to therapy hmm?

he doesn’t, for a while. He reads the books and drives the twins to therapy and sits with them after nightmares, but he tries to focus on them and not himself. he goes to family therapy with the twins but he tries not to talk about himself. he talks about his feelings of anger towards jack and sarah with buddy sometimes, and alessandra sometimes. it works for a while. when they get older and need him around less, he’s not sure what to do with himself. After the twins move out, does he go back to his old life like the last nine years hadn’t happened? jet hates lacking purpose. eventually buddy gives him a card for a crime-friendly therapist who is set up in cerberus and does video visits. it’s hard, but the therapist helps jet plan a new course of action as an empty-nester. (spoiler: it involves document forgery with rita)

yeah i noticed that too. like im not a popular blog but my like, jupeter art is suddenly doing way poorer than it did

right? like yeah i have no illusions abt being a big blog or anything but it’s still wild how much worse my art is doing when nothing much has changed?? im glad im not the only one this is happening to but also sorry that its happening to you too man ://
