I haven't sorted out all of the things he does post-Order 66/during the Empire, nor settled on a final design for him. I'll prob do a few different ones because he changes a lot throughout the years but I do know one thing for certain - he devotes some of his time to hunting down Jedi texts, artifacts, and holocrons. If anyone asks (not that he displays these things out in the open for everyone to see, but if they ever were to snoop through his things), he will say he is simply a collector. Arri tries to remain connected to his roots, to remember his teachings, but it is hard. When the Jedi begin to rebuild, he would join them and dedicate himself to being a historian, bringing all that he's collected throughout the years something his master never got to properly do oof,,
