I am once again back with my crackhead nonsense to share something and ask a question.

So a friend of mine has a male OC that, for some twisted reason that only makes sense to him, has a rivalry with Kinch. Not quite a beef, but bordering on it. (Not naming my friend to protect their anonymity, nor their character in case they don't want to announce who they are.) The not-quite-beef isn't because this male OC - whom I'll refer to as 'A' - is racist or anything; he's just the combative sort who's also competitive. And apparently, A has decided that Kinch is now his rival.

My question is this: would anybody read a fanfic about this idea if my friend were to write it? (Because I certainly would!)

In all fairness, I could see somebody having a beef with Newkirk or LeBeau. Our favorite European corporals are both the type of men who could rub somebody the wrong way very easily. I could see it with Carter too, although that would be more because they think he's stupid, simply don't understand his neurodiverant self, or both. At least that's how I headcanon Carter, anyhow. Even Hogan, as much as I love him, is a man I could picture somebody having a beef with for multiple reasons. He's the Senior POW officer and they're jealous of his position, he's an officer and they just don't like officers, they don't feel a full colonel should be at a camp for enlisted men, Hogan is too cocky/arrogant/whatever else, or some other reason altogether.

But Kinch? Kinch?

No ,seriously...Kinch? The Majority Brain Cell Holder™️ of the Unsung Heroes? The man who has the patience of a saint, who never has a truly negative word for anyone who does right by him, who's never mean to anybody? The one sane person who keeps Hogan (somewhat) in check so his crazy plans don't get them all killed? I'm sorry, but the idea of anyone choosing Kinch of all people for this is hilarious to me. That's like having a rivalry with Schultz🤣

Kinch is the definition of silent but deadly. Like he doesn't always say much but he can murder you with a single sentence. I think that's very sexy of him.

Day 4 of Inktober is Radio

It’s been too long since I visited my old favourites in Hogan’s Heroes. Obviously, I couldn’t draw anybody else for this prompt.

But gosh, looking at references of Kinch with his radio I realised I have zero idea what an antique radio looks like. I decided to cut most of the actual gear from the picture. It sort of looks like he’s holding a lollypop to me.
