Hey thank you! I guess that was old news which said September 4...
Goodnight!!
...and I really hope Serimon gets back to us about what those pictures actually are...
What's your favorite episodes of DreamWorks' Dragons: Riders of Berk?
Interesting! I think I’d say episode 6: “Alvin and the Outcasts" and episode 14: “What Flies Beneath.“ Neither have anything really out-of-character for Hiccup or Toothless, and 14 actually explores some interesting Hiccup/Toothless conflict in a realistic, unforced (for plot) way. We got to see Toothless’ personality in RoB14, which a lot of RoB actually skips on, his will and choices in regards to Hiccup’s actions.
In episode 6, we had our first real “peril” of RoB and it had my heart racing. We got a bit of heroic, rash Hiccup (the thing with Astrid), as well as some battles which to me came off well. We got to see a bit of Fishlegs’ personality, and Stoick’s concern for Hiccup. Hiccup made decisions because he wanted to step up, and he made choices to fix the situation because he felt he could do something to fix it. Nothing struck me as OOC, which is how I generally rate RoB in terms of favorite episodes.
edit: I’m also to add Defiant One to my list of faves. There was a couple Hiccup moment I might have had a problem with (I have to go watch it back again) but I did love the on-on-one and character focus of the episode.
