In Character Information: Each night, a little while after the sun goes down, Ruby will be lighting the town menorah, everyone is invited to join. There will be a drawing from a yarmulke each night that equates the number of candles, and each person drawn will be allowed to pick a candle. Ruby is always the Shamash. The winner will be able to pick one of the goodies from box that contains various things from coupons to toys to gift cards donated from various places. If Ruby wins, a surprise will follow. Each evening, there will be a dinner, games and more! Everyone is invited, no matter their faith.
OOC Information: The event will start the first night of Hanukkah, 28 November, times will be decided by members and posted in good time before the actual date! The majority of the event will take place on the dash and is entirely optional, meaning other replies don’t need to be put on hold. Each night we will use a bot to decide a winner, typically, it’s more for the kids, but adults can partake too, so those that wish to partake can decide whether or not they wish for their muses or their muses kid to be the on partaking. In character, the winner will be able to select from various prizes, along with a chocolate coin. Out of character prizes will also be offered likely in the form of myself ( Kassie ) making a graphic or offering something in that arena.
Anyone that wishes for their character’s place of business to make a donation is more than welcome to let us know by Friday, the 26th of November and we will compile a list, because there are only eight nights though, please keep it to a minimum of one to two prizes per mun.
