This is the face of the sweet girl who has started tasking almost all the time. It’s only the one task that we’ve been working on (bouncing anxiety; next is deep pressure therapy) but she’s started doing it everywhere, without me realizing I’m doing the leg bouncing. Today she got up from her nap, looked at me, and got up to do her task even though she’s technically not on duty right now. Navigating the world with a service dog is harder than I thought it would be. I have to think about all of her needs as well as my own when we go out. But it’s worth it. It's the little things....

Ever been that crazy person outside jumping up and down because their puppy peed and pooped outside? No issue, not in the house... Dear lovely neighbors, I'm not crazy.... :D And so far, we are totally accident free wahoo! I expect some transition time with a new dog coming into a new home regardless of age, but as usualy I am being pleasantly surprised.  My goal was fully transitioned by Friday and not jumping on people at the door.
