REAL HAPPINESS

Happiness is the inner feeling in which an individual aspires to belong naturally. Being internally happy leads to the sense of accomplishment even in the difficult situations. In materialistic terms, happiness typically leads to show off. Now-a-days, it is calculated in terms of how much you can let other people down. The proportion of downfall of one’s image in the mind set of others has been related to the satisfaction and happiness of an individual, which is only temporary in nature. The focus of human beings should be to find happiness in small things like; watering plants, helping mothers at home, scoring good marks, lending a helping hand to a friend in need, sharing notes with others etc. When we start locating happiness in every act of others and nature then we will find that we are becoming full of good vibes which in turn acts as a push to our actual aim of happiness. By being happy we will transmit the happiness to the nature which will come back to us in many ways. As it is said, once deities thought to hide happiness from human beings. They visited the depth of sea, the boundless sky and top of the mountains, but could not find a suitable place to hide happiness. So, in the end, they decided to hide it inside the human being only as it was assumed that humans will always look everywhere for it but within themselves.

Concluding are the secrets to real internal happiness: firstly, appreciate everyone’s act, no matter how bad that is, because that person has done it with his/her sincere efforts. Secondly, never hate anyone; hate that bad evil in the person and try not to receive it. Lastly and not the least, always remain broad open minded to learn something new from even smallest things, as it is said that:

“It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.”

Judging on the basis of complexion! The world is a very diverse place with people from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Our own country India is endowed with a plethora of diversified ethnicity. We believe in ‘Unity in Diversity’. But more often than not, this creates a lot of rifts within the races. Discrimination on the basis of complexion is particularly dominant in our nation. People usually prefer fairer skin tones to swarthy or dark ones. Sometimes we subconsciously give fairer skin people an upper hand over darker ones. This bias makes them feel inferior to others and decreases their self-confidence. But the truth is, a person’s colour never indicates the skill and worth of a person. Let us not make our diversity a double edged sword. Let us not discriminate on the basis on skin complexion. Let us not join in to the despicable idea of judging a person due to his colour and put a stop to it.
