For some reason, Jasmine's version of a healthy relationship is when she is being the other woman. She has dated many men and was even married once, but now her trauma has left her with the idea that stealing other women's men is the best option.

Literally, her first sexual experience was with her cousin's long time boyfriend. The family split in half over it and to this day has yet to recover. And now, Jasmine is fully cheating with a guy friend of hers and hopes that one day he will leave his wife but actually doesn't care because she likes what she gets from the relationship and what she doesn't have to have with it being a full relationship.

Example of manipulation

Matcha's aunt posts topics like Trump, guns, and trans issues on their social media. The posts are usually bullying people who are against her opinions.

Matcha sees these topics and although has differences of opinions, doesn't comment anything negative. She continues to have a relationship with her aunt.

Matcha posts a Queer topic on her own social media and almost immediately gets a text from her aunt complaining about said social post. Then proceeds to call in the middle of the workday to argue their views.

Matcha's aunt says that Matcha can post whatever she wants but she will still call her out when she disagrees. Now matcha wants to express herself but doesn't want to deal with the thought of having to argue or explain her positioning.

Conclusion: Matcha is going to post whatever she wants and just not answer the phone.

Jasmine recently found out that a friend of her boyfriend, Oolong, told a bunch of their friends that they didn't like her. Oolong had kinda ghosted a lot of his friends and family for almost a year and just happened to meet Jasmine during that timeframe. This "friend" of his thought/assumed that Jasmine came into Oolong's life and manipulated him into alienating them. She went around spreading rumors and sticking her nose where it didn't belong. Ultimately Jasmine and Oolong are still together and this "friend" isn't in their life much anymore.

What none of them knew was that Oolong just happened to get in a bit of trouble and was arrested. During that year he ghosted everyone he really had to focus on healing himself and was in a dark headspace. Jasmine coming into Oolong's life was pure coincidence but was truly what he needed. Instead of his friends gathering around him and supporting his needs, one "friend" in particular made her own conclusions and blamed Jasmine.

You should never judge anyone because you will never fully know all sides of the story. Love and support your friends or be honest and get lost!

And then one by one they all choose to go in the complete opposite direction, with their own adult free will and powers of critical thinking you instilled in them, should you not also take a pause to examine why?
