* Wasn’t in the right mental state to cook - do not cook when tired or angry.

* I used egg yolk with whites and I think that led to less thickness in the shrimp crust, so it didn’t come out well. It came out mushy instead of crispy.

* Overall, wasn’t a huge fan of the recipe and would not want to make it again.
