This sushi recipe features a creamy sesame soy dressing that adds a rich and flavorful twist to traditional sushi rolls. The combination of fresh vegetables, crab meat, and avocado makes for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked sushi rice. 4 nori seaweed sheets. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 cucumber, julienned. 1 carrot, julienned. 1/2 cup cooked crab meat or imitation crab. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
Instructions: Take a small bowl and mix together the dressing. Add the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Put a piece of nori on a sushi mat. Cover the nori sheet with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Line up the crab meat, cucumber, avocado, and carrot in the middle of the rice. Pour the smooth sesame soy dressing over the fillings. Add sesame seeds on top. Use the sushi mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and use a little water to seal the edge. Cut the sushi roll into small pieces that you can easily eat. Do it again with the rest of the nori sheets and ingredients. Give the sushi extra dressing to dip it in.
