Forgive me if it's a dumb question. English is not my first language, so I just want to be sure I understand your request rules correctly. Does Gender neutral reader mean you also write for Nonbinary reader?

Gender neutral for me usually means that the gender of the reader isn't specified (E.g. No use of pronouns for reader, "He did this".) Or gender specific language (E.g. "you are their husband.")
If you're asking if i can write for Nonbinary! reader, then I can definitely try! I write for Male! reader and Gn! reader mainly, and even then, unless the request is specifically centered around the reader's gender, I don't usually talk about it much anyway :)
If you're going to request a fic with a Nonbinary! reader, I respectfully request you give me the exact details of what you want; I am not nonbinary myself, and would need some help getting into the headspace to write as someone who would be. I want to write what you want to read!! ;D
