"Okay, so I may have gone overboard on the whole 'buying gifts' aspect of this holiday but I can't say I regret anything." She was holding more than a few shopping bags full of gifts.

Now Kanan couldn’t help but smile, leaning over and pressing a kiss to her head. “Thanks,” He said, wrapping an arm around her and smiling at the little bundle in her arms.

She laughed, once, against the other’s lips, kissing her one more time before pulling away. Her cheeks were just as red as Meg’s, a nervous smile wound across her lips. 

“Uhm...I-I feel like I should apologize but... I think...you enjoyed that, too?” She wasn’t completely confident, posing the words into more of a question then a statement.

Now this was nice, just relaxing. Kanan had chosen to sit on the floor of his room, going through his data pad. Meg seemed to still being asleep, he didn’t want to wake her up, so he’d move to the floor. But, there was a hand in his hair and he hummed softly and leaned back a little bit as she played with his hair. “Mornin’”

Seventh can't help the happy smile on her face as she curls up into Kanan's side, for once actually feeling at peace. Never before they ended up being like this, even while they're submerged in the Dark Side (her even more so), had she felt as happy as she does when she's around him. "How the hell is it so calming to be around you?" She whispers, turning her head just a bit to look up at him. - seventhxsister

Kanan hardly stirs as Seventh curls up into him, though he is awake. He can sense her peace rolling off her. Silently he wrapped his arm around her waist, his head turning and nuzzling into her hair.  “Never thought of myself as a calming person, so you got me.” He said with a lazy laugh.
