Tip/Idea for Banishing or Severing
If you can't/don't want to use fire or go outside, use toilet paper (or another kind of paper that is toilet-safe)! Get two or more sheets of toilet paper, write on one side who/what you wish to banish from your life or severe the connection from, and yourself on the other half. Flush the first half down the toilet, and either keep the you part or get rid of it in a much nicer way, like burying it. I did this and used mine in a protection bottle!
