another day at the office and another solid win for the team, led by the grandmas and the kids (+ kika)! 🥳

it was a great opportunity for the kids to show what they could do against a mid level liga f team, with solid performances from sydney, aïcha, carla, and serrajordi, specifically.

kika had a fantastic mvp performance, with two goals, including an incredible first goal that came out of nowhere. even she was too stunned that it went in 😅

no issues with the lineup and the subs were fine. but i wish carla stayed in the match for longer as we were already up by a few goals at that point.

it was clear when patri and alexia entered the match what a calming presence they provide. alexia was a part of both goals in the second half, and shows why she is worth every penny! 😤

for improvements, there were too many opportunities in the box that we could not convert. we need to be quicker on the shot in those moments. and also work on the 1 v 1 chances.

and unfortunately, there was one defensive lapse that led to sevilla's goal and prevented the clean sheet. you know cata will be wanting that one back.

honour to esther sullastres of sevilla who had a very solid performance in goal and showed why she is in conversations with the national team.
