Without more info i can only assume the three sisters grew up on Bustoke, but the encyclopedia also says Tao started studying magic while a maid in Guardiana, so I guess she just, left home to work in another kingdom and then came back years later like “hey girls what’s up my king is dead the world is coming to an end, but also look what i can do” *blazes it*
