#upcyclefriday sshhhhhhh...... I know it is a day late, did do it on Friday though! 😏 My neighbour asked me to make this dress wearable for her as the neckline was too low, swipe across to see the before photo. It may look simple however it took 30 minutes of unpicking to take off the flounce straps. I have joined slow fashion season 2020 and I pledge to never buy any ready to wear garments. This season inspired by @crazydenimlady I pledge to not buy any fabric. I will sew from my stash, repurpose and upcycle. A new Friday upcycle challenge has been started by ... which I will be joining from this Friday. A few years back I initially made the change to buy what is essential and shift towards ethically sourced fashion. Since October 2019 I have not brought any RTW and hope to keep this fast for life.
