Because it has the added benefit of improving single leg power and speed.⠀ 1️⃣The body position over the foot is key. I call it "nose over your toes". That allows you to load your hamstring and ass more than your just quads. Shout out to anyone looking for another hamstring/ass exercise. 🍑⠀ 2️⃣Notice I purposely don't get any help from the trail leg. I only tap the toe to the floor. This ensures no push off. The loaded leg does all the work, with makes it super effective for improving eccentric load and power for each leg.
