Last Wednesday, my friend and I went to Salty Caper after learning that they're dining room is finally open. I have to say everything looks great! I love gorgonzola on pizza, it gives it a bolder flavor than just the regular cheese blend. Last night my friend and I went to Salty Caper in Salisbury and split an order of sgabei and a large pizza. The pizza had prosciutto, gorgonzola, mozzarella, and a tomato sauce. The sgabei is fried dough, served with marinara and pesto. The gorgonzola went well with the prosciutto, its bold flavor a welcome addition to the saltiness of the prosciutto.
