An Eskimo here is a metaphor for Obstacle. ...It's complicated to explain.

Shawn: I don't care.

Cory: You have no way of getting there.

Shawn: It doesn't matter! Cory, people like me, we don't go anywhere because we don't believe that we can get there! I'm my own worst Eskimo!

Cory: Shawn, listen to me. I'm trying to help you here. You don't have to go anywhere!

Dunno if you're still up/need distracting, but I saw your tags on the last ask and now I'm curious to see a fic/ficlet of someone you think is awesome finding something random out on wikipedia and showing it to their crush/partner/soulmate/best friend/whatever :3

i have actually been working on a fic like the one you just described. it's a work in progress though, and unfortunately-- i'm working on several fics at once (because y'know, i do that). if you come off anon, and send me a message, i will send a blurb or something back to you when i get enough of a blurb.
