Announcing Arrowfam Week 2025 !!

We will be hosting an event week dedicated to celebrating Green Arrow, and associated characters, this december! Mark your calendars for December 21-27.

This event will be something of a farewell party for Chris Condon's Green Arrow run (as well as Kelly Thompson's Birds of Prey series, although focusing on that less heavily as the event is centered on the arrowfam). We will be announcing prompts by October 21 to give people two months to work on their projects. Works should focus on the arrowfam or green arrow comics.

like I said, although this is not the first time I designed Jade when she was young, this is the first time I designed Shado when she was young. I wonder if you guys like it? ( hey ! but I think I just realized I accidentally deleted that post😧...aghh😭😭😭, well, to summarize briefly: the content of that post is that I wanted to draw Jade at 10 years old wearing my elementary school uniform and Shado at 17 years old wearing Japanese high school uniform, it has nothing to do with the age gap or the time of their generation's uniform, it's simply my idea)

ah But about ShadoJade or JadeShado, I don't know anymore, right now I don't mention anything about me shipping Jade with other characters besides Roy, I mostly draw Jade in a close skinship style with female characters she has interacted with (except Shado) because I like skinship 🥺.👉👈

ah and finally, happy Halloween🌹

hot take: the character deteriorations of talia al ghul, sandra wu-san, jade nguyen, and shado from sympathetic antagonists who very often were less antagonists and more anti-heroes/anti-villains over the years is incredibly transparent and needs to be acknowledged more.
