“theyve been Best Friends since they were like 13. they used to skip classes and stuff together to go smoke cigarettes on some hill. constanttlyy hugging and physical touch. head has called munky his "musical guitar soulmate" before, and their (ex) bassist has said how inseperble they are— "munky and head are a left and a right, they need each other. [...] they're a team; they somehow got chopped in half at birth... and therr you have it. they need each other". head taught munky how to play guitar when they were around 13 or 14, sold him his first guitar, munky would eat lunch at head's place every single day for a bit when saving up for his first amp. when munky's old band LAPD broke up, he almost immidietly started working in the same place head had been. around 2002 or 2003 i think they shared a house. after head rejoined korn after being gone for like seven years, and not talking to munky since he'd left, they Immidietly got back into the swing of their regular relationship, as if theyd never been separated. also head's kissed munky before lol (on the cheek... a few times iirc). head said once "me and him just click like we're one guitar player. munky is just my... perfect match. y'know— me 'n' him... just blend perfectly."”
