Video footage shows Joey Cason 55-year-old being beaten with a belt 30 TIMES by staff at a care home where other patients were allowed to attack him. -------------------- The footage captures #JoeyCason being repeatedly beaten and punched at Total Care in #Gordan, #Georgia. Staff are seen punching Cason on the ground and letting other residents hit him.
