Just returned from another glorious weekend with my phone in airplane mode for 3 days, #heavenly . . This time I was barefoot, dancing my ass off and soaking up all the soulfood at #blessedcoast music, yoga and arts festival. What a gorgeous group of people! . . This is the only picture I took (because I was too busy experiencing ;) of the alter in the center of the Red Tent, a space for women to learn, connect and nurture our inner goddesses and divine feminine. It was so peaceful to sit on the earth, look up at the trees and hear the river flowing right next door. . . I can’t tell you how good it felt to be away from technology and fully emerged in my experience. Our phones are useful tools, but they can also be major distractions from the present moment and all the gold that lives there. Do you feel like you have a healthy relationship with your phone?
