Theory Confirmed: Shakkey Was A Former Kuja Pirate But Also Empress
Rayleigh nabbed a good one. Not to mention she still is in good condition that she could still rock one of those skimpy outfits. This also deconfirms the theory she was in Rocks.
The Grandline Is Still A Pirate Graveyard From Some Perspective
Remember back in East Blue when the Grandline was warned as the “Pirates Graveyard” where only the strong can survive and even those that came back looking like they’ve seen death itself. People have said that it’s become an informed aspect since being there since chapter 100. However, I would like to counter that it’s still a Pirate’s Graveyard from some perspective.
Back in Saboady, Shakkey herself says that countless pirates enter but only few make it so far. It’s just the fact that the Strawhats have main character syndrome and you know that the main author will protect them. However, from in-universe it shows how strong you have to be in order stay in the Grandline because many either end up dead or just going back to the saftey of the safer blues.
And again even though we have been in the New World which is even more dangerous, let’s not forget that Paradise is still dangerous itself especially to any Blue sea pirates. And again Shakkey mentions that environment of the Grand Line picks off anyone who isn’t prepared or can’t handle the mettle of it. So example it’s possible to enter into the Grand Line like Don Kreig with many ships and men and end up being target practice, while a smaller crew can breeze right through it because they know how to handle themselves or have luck.
And as the Sabaody arc with the Supernovas showed that only the cream of the crop can make it so far and possibly set foot in the New World. Better yet if they feel they are not for the New World, they could still dominate the Paradise side because again compare to a Blue Pirate they are above the curve.
