I don’t understand how the entire show of Shameless is set in the South Side of Chicago, yet the characters barely have any interaction with black people ... can someone please explain it to me cause I’m confused.

Every actor in this show is perfectly casted; even Karen. It is the first show that I have ever seen that I can honestly say, it is impossible for me to decide my favorite character. They are all flawless in their own ways. More people need to watch this show.
Does anyone know where I can watch Shameless?
I would prefer a stream so I won't have to download.
