Gloved Digits

Orbot and Cubot are robots, they don't necessarily need to wear gloves for the same reasons (cultural reasons, possibly?) that Mobians do. Maybe the reason they wear gloves is that the touch sensors on their hands are sensitive, and having the gloves between their bare sensors and whatever they come in contact with keeps the sensory input from being too overwhelming.
