تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجًۭا وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا سِرَٰجًۭا وَقَمَرًۭا مُّنِيرًۭا

Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a [burning] lamp and luminous moon.

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةًۭ لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًۭا

And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude.

(25:61-62)

Allah always listens to your prayer, we just have to be patient for the answer.

Sahih Bukhari 1302

Narrated Anas (RA):

The Prophet ﷺ said, "The real patience is at the first stroke of a calamity."

The Messenger of ALLAH صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:

❝The best wealth is

* A tongue that remembers ALLAH

* A thankful heart

* A believing wife who will help him with regard to the Hereafter.❞

[Narrated and classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi (3094).

In another version it says: “who will help him with his faith.” Ibn Maajah (1856). Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.]

Anas bin Malik (RA) reported that Allahs Messenger ﷺ came to a woman who had been weeping for her (dead) child, and said to her: Fear Allah and show endurance. She (not recognising him) said: You have not been afflicted as I have been. When he (the Holy Prophet) had departed, it was said to her that he was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , she was mortally shocked. She came to his door and she did not find doorkeepers at his door. She said: Messenger of Allah. I did not recognise you. He said: Endurance is to be shown at first blow, or at the first blow.

Sahih Muslim 2140

Allah has praised those who wake up at night for His remembrance, supplication, and to seek forgiveness and beg Him, saying, ‘They forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of what We have bestowed on them. No soul knows what is kept hid from them of joy, as a reward for what they used to do.’  [Qur’an, 32: 16-17]
