Was driving along the road when I came across a stop sign. While looking to the left, I saw this magnanimous piece of beauty. Luckily, there was nobody behind me, so I had the opportunity to put my window down & capture this art in the sky. ⁣ ⁣ Reflecting upon moments like these always reminds me of that great Ferris Buehler quote⁣ "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."⁣ ⁣ Where was I driving to? Doesn't matter. I'll get there when I arrive. But in the meantime, that present moment was offering a beatiful experience.⁣ ⁣ We're always going somewhere, whether literally or figuratively. Our lives & ourselves are continuously evolving. That's an automatic given thing. Whether it's a goal we're in the process of achieving, something we're working on healing, a relationship we're opening ourselves up to, or a destination we're going to, there's always some sort of movement happening behind-the-scenes.⁣ Our conscious awareness of it doesn't change that fact.⁣ ⁣ But what isn't guaranteed at all ever, is what exactly the present moment may bring. And if you're too focused on your destination, you could miss all of the beauty that's available to you right where you are. Whether it's a bird singing, someone smiling, kids playing, a puppy barking, a delicious meal, a lovely scent, or a beautiful sky like this. There's always an opportunity to tantalize one of your senses in each moment. There's always something to be grateful for. ⁣ ⁣ What's something beautiful you've experienced today?
