@nightshiftbeer brewed throwbacks to their first six beers. Rose was one of the original six available commercially. It was a saison brewed with rosemary, rosehips, and honey. It was then aged with pink peppercorn. The color was a light rose. The flavor of the rosehips and rosemary showed up first. Honey followed quickly after. The peppercorn showed up as a light spice in the finish. This was great! I hope this goes from a throwback to a seasonal release.
