Even with ignoring the horrible formatting and grammar, this is still dumb as hell. Kakashi can’t even use Chidori in Boruto because he doesn’t have Obito’s Sharingan. He needs the Uchiha’s dojutsu to perform Chidori successfully. He wouldn’t be shit without them.
