Humm that's kinda tough. I guess they should be honest, loyal, comfortable to be with, you know, the usual stuff? I don't know really. For me it doesn't really matter because a person can be nice and friendly with you but not to another person, so it's hard to say ^^ (crappy answer but oh well)
