When we started hrt they gave us a list of common medical differences between cis men and cis women and labelled them as side effects. You need to be aware of all the risks. It's just being objective. You need to be fully informed before you can consent. Except we never got that same list of side effects for guys starting T as health benefits. They just redefine these things, hide all the positives to make it extra scaery and pat themselves on the back for doing auch a good job.
Prog does nothing for transition because we've never done a proper study on it but here's all the health benefits it has for cis women. You'll have to fight to get it
Our girlfriend is shorter than when we first met her. If you say you're hoping hrt will do that for you the doctors will tell you it's impossible and delay your transition until you understand things their way objectively
Since bottom surgery we've got self-lubrication and in the last 5 months we've gained depth. Both of those things are medically impossible and being sufficiently aware of the risks meant denying the reality we're now living in
