a glimpse into what i go through whenever i try to do any social interaction, irl or online; its been hard to even communicate face to face with my family since 2017

bc of the preexisting ptsd i had, the 2016-2018 instagram cosplay community fucked me up more than it shouldve and thats made me start going from being scared of people online and overanalyzing everything i type (i will probably rewrite this 70 times) to feeling like i should just get it all out there and put things on blast unrelentlessly and be as unchill as i can in the span of a post, and i have to overanalyze my overanalyzing over and over and over and

basically im paranoid to say things and that makes me sad bc i say some really funny shit and have some really really cool ideas id love to share if i wasnt such a coward ;-;
