A day of rest is the best! Love doing nothing and having nothing planned! Sunday’s are my day of rest when I don’t work or plan anything if I can help it. I love just going with the flow and spending time with my son, Dylan. Today was no exception to the rule. We had an impromptu playdate with one of Dylan’s good friends at the park and I hung out with his friend’s lovely mum. Then, Dylan went to his friend’s house, so I was able to catch up with my bestie in LA. It’s so important to have these days of rest where you have nothing to do. I love doing nothing and to allow yourself to just be in the present moment and go with the flow.
