Just A Peek (w/shassin)
His first year at the school was turning out much better than expected. He had honestly thought that, given where he was, that the studies would weigh much harder on his back. Much to his surprise, he was able to take on these new responsibilities, and the longer he was able to stretch himself out, the greater sense of pride he got from them. There was still a tiny piece of him that couldn't believe he was going to the most prestigious school in the country, and that the teachers were also studying him for what his talents revolved around. It was almost dream-like. Surreal to him, even. But he was here all the same, and he had made friends--if he could call it that. On top of that, he was balancing two lines of outside work; his fortune-telling, and his little gig over at the lounge. This was probably the busiest he had ever been. Today, however, was a time of resting the mind. He wasn't going to leave the campus today, no, he was going to put some effort in other methods of reading that he had long forgotten. To do this, he had decided to take a stroll through the courtyard. He always did enjoy wandering through here; it gave him a piece of mind to see something other drab walls. Greenery and marble were always welcome, and as he began meandering through it, his mind was put at ease.
