In the process of creating more books. Books of personal work, informational and found. Trying to get better at making them alongside painting. This is the first of many hopefully to come. This book contains unconscious anxiety-driven doodling under pressure done on the spot. Working this way has helped me negate aesthetic choices and trust my hand's intuition. Quality of books are stapled 9″ x 12″ construction paper and newsprint (soft, fibrous pages). Printed on a Xerox/ Kinkos machine. If you want one I'm asking $10. Living under the sun in Huntington Beach, Shawn McBride is currently 29 years old and is the owner/tattooist at Tat Daddy Ink. In the land of hopes and dreams, Shawn hopes to find his mother's killer, gaining closure for himself to move on. The juicy scoop? After the murder of his mother, Shawn plans to look for his father, convinced that he murdered his mother. What no one knows however is that when he finds his father he plans on killing him. Here is a little more about him:

His story:

Shawn's mother was a prostitute who ended up pregnant by one of her clients. When his father threatened his mother to abort the pregnancy she fled, starting a new life for herself and Shawn. Years passed and they lived happily until Shawn's senior year of high school. Shawn came home late one night to find his mother murdered, her murderer nowhere to be seen. Believing that his father killed her he vows to find him and make him pay. After going over his mothers diary he discovers a family in California that his mother was close to. Upon finding them they offer him help and a job- keeping an eye on Jordan Luciano. He grows to think of them as family and uses their connections to help in the hunt for his father.
