...I probably can't do anything too elaborate (like crazy piping work) anymore due to unfortunate health/medical things, but it is still one of my fondest dreams to be asked to make someone's wedding cake.

(Though my anxiety insists upon adding, "Please don't ask me. I can't handle the responsibility.")

Even though I no longer work there, I will never escape. I never noticed until a friend pointed it out to me, but somehow, in the four-or-so years that I worked with Michelle, my standards and work ethics have become eerily similar to hers. That's not necessarily a good thing...

Mango chiffon cake! My piping and knife cuts were a lot better before all my health issues popped up! But it's still delicious. (Probably.)

Chocolate dobash cake for a friend's nephew's birthday. Topped with fresh fruit because I don't know how else to decorate cakes.

Mango cheesecake! Mango puree inside the batter, and more on top to make the pretty swirl. Mango season is wonderful when you don't have to break down over 50lbs of mango every day for work.
