So I started off February pretty well, then lost some motivation. I did really well for the week of Valentine's Day, but the last week was just kinda ok. So that brings me to this. Here's my progress picture from February to March. Next few months will look a bit different as I'm headed to New Zealand for 3 months! Day 2 of #fatdadfatkidchallenge redo. If I'm being honest, I thought about skipping today. My legs were SORE from the squats yesterday, but @trainwithmonica left the sweetest comment on my post from yesterday! I just couldn't let her down. So at 9:30 tonight, I busted out a workout before bed. We truly are #strongertogether 💕 Spread some love tonight on social media.
