Every time I read Lucy's first entry I'm so impressed by how defined she is with what is her introduction to the story. It's so bright, yet full of secrets.

The picture of the perfect victorian girl who talks about how nice it is that the man she fancies gets along well with her mom, while telling her seemly only confidant the boring cares of fashion which she doesn't partake in. Lucy writes as she is thinking, a stream of thoughts that read as she could recite them word by word and it will "sound" the same.

Oh, but the longing she expresses for Mina, to establish the tight-knit loving bond they share. It sets how Lucy is so ready to share her love with others, but is so reserved with who she shares her beloved secrets. Only Mina can see this letter, only she can understand the why of Lucy writing that she must stop her thoughts, and immediately send the letter less she tears it apart without judgement.

In the One Night in Enamorada universe, Pietro and Rosaria's children are still kids. Carlo's a teen, Antonella and Angela are 11, Michael and Fiora are toddlers. Sal adores his nieces and nephews, but his dynamic with the twins is extra special. Like, Antonella is his ride or die.

But the twins feel 'worried' about their uncle because he's unmarried. Sure, Sal has been married a time or two in this verse, but nothing lasted. They both think it would be so nice if he found love.

And Angela really likes Eve (because Eve met Sal through Rosaria, so Eve knew of Rosaria and her kids first) so she thinks they would be a good couple 😭
