Kathleen Polsinello: This past month was a special one at hashtag#BCGinCanada, as we came together to celebrate two of my favourite events, Worldwide Alumni Day and CanCon. First, we welcomed over 100 alumni back into our Toronto office, along with colleagues from our Montreal and Calgary offices for Worldwide Alumni Day. Our alumni community remains a vital part of the BCG family, and the event was a powerful reminder that the ties we build here are enduring. Thank you to Nina Chandarana, Rhonda Towner -VanBuskirk, Nina Abdelmessih, ICD.D, Vadim Gouterman, Adam Gordon, and Alex Fung for making this night so special. The following day, we gathered for our Fall all-staff BCG Canada Conference (CanCon) 2025. The day was filled with highlights, from an inspiring keynote with Olympic champion Tessa Virtue, to table discussions led by BCG leaders, and a heartfelt send-off for Rob Sims and Sam Ridesic as they retire from BCG. Thank you to Sharon Marcil, Head of BCG North America, for opening CanCon and joining us for a few days in Canada. A special thanks to Yvonne Yau and Dan Sire for your leadership, and to our alumni panel, Nina Abdelmessih, ICD.D, John Bayliss, Mahima Poddar, and Isaac Langleben for sharing your stories and perspectives. I'm also grateful to every speaker, organizer, and participant who made these two days so meaningful. hashtag#WWAD2025 hashtag#CanCon2025
