One day Yor will use her husband as a weighted blanket. She'll just pull him on top of her and sigh contentedly because That's the good stuff. Yes that's Almost enough pressure sinking into her.

When his arms give out and he settles fully on top of her it'll be even better.

Better still when his ulcer heals and he gets more than 2 hours of sleep a night because Yor is literally holding him in bed and despite his insomnia the extra time laying down is helping and all those big meals he makes finally overcomes his body's insane calorie requirements and he stops just putting on more muscle but gains a little bit of fat. When her weighted blanket gets just a little bit heavier.

Yor will be in heaven. And Loid will realize he's getting there too.

I truly wish there was more Relativity Falls content focused on Mabel and Ford. Ok ok let me explain.

I, like most fans, love all of the fan art and fics of Mabel and Ford hanging out. They're just such a chaotic duo that we were truly robbed of in the show.

Anyway most of the content of them hanging out involves Ford doing something with Mabel that he really thought he wouldn't like but ends up having a lot of fun. Now I'm just thinking how funny the reverse of that would be.

Like RF!Ford dragging RF!Mabel to play DD&MD with him because RF!Dipper is busy or something. Mabel still doesn't really get it but she still has fun hanging out with her nephew. (Plus pretending to be a princess is kind of fun)

Or ok, this is more connected to my Relativity Falls AU (Triviality Rises please check it out I have so much more to post about) Ford is good at the math part of building and Mabel is good at the actual engineering... Grauntie/Nephew bonding time via building a big ass gun (that is totally safe to let a 13 year old play with, shut up Dipper)

"Frak and Sora shouldn't get together, because it would be a great lesson about how people don't always like you back and that's okay!"

yes, that would be a good message to have in this kids show, and I think they should have something like that happen at some point, but really think through the implications of doing that plotline with two MAIN characters of THIS show.

Sora says "nah, I'm not into you." and Frak is like "okay, cool." and then what? We've established that Frak has unrequited feelings for someone he works with every day, and they probably aren't going to do a great job of unpacking that baggage, this plotline that's been built up ends in a massive anti-climax, and not to mention who knows if they'll be able to manage making Sora turning him down not feel like a speciesism thing- cuz that's some real yikes territory there. And then you're stuck with this loose thread of Frak being interested in a romantic relationship, but not being in one, and being kind of down on himself because he just got rejected. If you want to resolve that tension you probably want to give him some sort of romantic plotline that does work out- meaning what? Another side character designed just to get with one of the guys? You think these creators won't be tempted to give Frak a girl serpentine love interest? You willing to risk that???

If you really want some messaging which breaks norms but doesn't leave things in limbo for two of your central characters, ninjago has also yet to give us a relationship that starts, and then fizzles out because they decide they're not right for each other. Dating someone does not mean you are going to end up with them long term is also a great message to put somewhere in here, and having two of our leads date, mutually decide they aren't compatible like that, and come out as better friends than ever sounds like a great way to develop both of these characters, follow through on the promise of Frak's crush, and not have it end in a sort of anticlimactic resolution.

Not to mention this situation still has plenty of fun new romantic plotlines it could be building up to. The fact that Sora isn't visibly crushing on Frak in return is not some sort of death sentence on this whole thing. No, this is not mutually crushing like most our other ninjago romances, but we are due for a switch up anyway! The overly oblivious Adrien Agreste approach is always great, and the most obvious track for our current trajectory. Frak has already established himself as a bit of a hopelessly nervous Marinette type, and I'd love to see Arin scheming to help him out. Honestly we are well overdue for some wingman shenanigans in this franchise- and we've never gotten the chance precisely BECAUSE both people are always instantly into each other. They've got a bit of an enemies to lovers angle with all the bickering so far. This could also be an overly long slow burn where the guy crushes his feelings to not jeopardize their friendship, and while he's forcing distance the girl slowly falls in love, but thinks he doesn't like her back because of said forced distance. Maybe Sora's purposefully being cagey and acting oblivious because she's worried she's gonna screw things up because she's even MORE of a nervous wreck when it comes to romance, so is just in denial mode. Or maybe she feels unworthy of love all together and is subconsciously putting up a block there. Endless possibilities to make this thing fresh! We're in early days here, just give it some breathing room. I like the thought of our nonhuman protagonist getting a validating romantic plotline, I like the idea of a long running will-they-won't-they within the main cast, I like the idea of a romance within our next generation cast in general, they deserve one! It's got such a banger ship name too...

This still has so much potential to be really good, if the writers could avoid screwing it up completely, that would be great.

Trying to talk about the plot but like there is no plot so far? A character sings an inspirational song, civilian of the week gets issues fixed - the end. Red not getting the buzzalime whatever was 🤔 and Purple is acting 🤔 like oK there's gonna be an arc here at some point right? But the way these episodes are written I'm currently not confident in finding any satisfaction out of whatever long term story is being laid out.

Yes I understand I'm watching a show for children but I feel other Pretty Series were at least attempting crossover appeal. If the goal of all Pretty Series is to be enjoyed by generations, Onegai AiPri feels like it's aiming for the kid who grew up watching Pretty Rhythm or PriPara now an adult has something to show their grade school or younger kid.

Well. At least the music is good. If the onegai song collections get region locked I will be steamed.
