so, this is a slightly more obscure one - She Creature is a little known horror movie, made as a re-make of the 1956 film. It was originally going to be part of a trilogy, but the reception was so negative that the series ended up being dropped! BUT! it is one of my favourite mermaid films - they do some really interesting things with the design of the mermaid, making her more more amphibious, rather than fish like. "That really is a god damn mermaid..."
