So this castle is the seat of power for the Imperial State, Sheena’s birth home. The crystal beams going up generate a very strong sheild that covers the entire, think Insomnia from FFXV. How the crystal beams were made is a mystery outside the royal family and its Elite guard.
The current ruling family are the Blackbloods, a bloodline favored by Eternal Chaos and gifted with control over higher amounts of Chaos energy than the average mobian. The Alpha tops their entire bloodline in chaos energy and abilities, though if not trained well it will cause grave injuries. For some reason no Alpha Blackblood recorded has ever reached old age. Other than the Blackbloods themselves, no one knows why it happens...
