If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.

On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.

Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.

But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.

What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

Yeah so I got inspired by FFVIII again because of a bet with my little brother over the game, good thing I have it on my Vita still.

Anyways, Just like how the Elite were each inspired by a game character, Angel here is the same thing (Rinoa's pup was named Angelo so thats where the name came from) So it's only natural that she's Greiver's partner in my AU.

Other than the FFVIII infulunce, I took inspiration from 'The Art of Final Fantasy: The Sky' by Yoshitaka Amano. It had a beautiful illustration of Squall and Rinoa dancing. So I took a crack at it ^^

After playing KH3, i just want to play all the keyblade wielders. Give me Riku, give me Kairi, hell give me the wayfinder trio and sea salt trio too!!

I don’t mind a mUltiplayer DLC where i can pick any of them to spar with others online, like 358/2.

I enjoyed playing DMC5, Nero’s devil trigger design just looked awsome. Though i missed seeing Kyrie in the game, her rection would have been cute. So! Here’s a cute pic of Nero and Kyrie cuddling, and another as chibis but Nico interuppts them XD

Article 13 is going into it’s final stages of voting.

If this gets through, it will allow many, many companies to abuse and misuse this article to take down as many memes, fan works, and even other independent creators on sites like YouTube, Facebook, and other websites INCLUDING Tumblr.

THE FAIR USE LAW AND SAFEHARBOR LAW WILL NO LONGER APPLY IN THE U.S OR IN OTHER COUNTRIES.

IT HAS ALREADY PASSED IN SEVERAL OTHER COUNTRIES.

WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE AWAY WHAT WE BUILT FOR THE INTERNET SO FAR.

So here is what you need to do to drag this article down.

1. Spread the word

I can’t stress this enough. The more attention this gets the more people we can get to take this down.

2. Make your own content

Make your own content on the matter and make sure it is clear to others that Article 13 is bad for every internet user involved.

3. If you live anywhere in Europe, contact your MEPs

Ask them if they approve of the article and why. If they do approve of it, try to convince them in a clear, reasonable, and most sensible way possible that this law is BAD.

The article itself is way to vague about what it’s conveying to its people.

Saying that as long as the use of said internet memes or content is good as long as it’s in “good faith.”

We cannot let some shoddy government tell us what we can and cannot post.
