Maybe these cute squirrels will somehow change this? Malabar giant squirrel, also known as Shekru, originally from India. She looks great in an incredibly motley colored coat.

For those who are used to seeing a gray squirrel, Malabar is sure to be a shock. For starters, as the name suggests, these cool animals are huge.

Stretching 90 cm, miss them is much more difficult than our frying interlocutors. Admittedly, the shiny blue fluffy tail makes up most of Malabar's length.

These fashionistas are the state animal of Maharashtra, and easiest to find in the region's Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, where they live in the upper reaches of the forest:
