the magicians in the brooklyn house are implied to be almost exclusively bloodlines of the egyptian pharaohs, which means yes, *technically* you can make them white, but in a story about blackness and family and facing racism and the heritage of quite literally magic of egyptian gods and rulers, do you really wanna do that?

Lol so most of my posts are TKC related, AND I'LL KEEP AT IT. So Brooklyn house headcanons.

-Everyone in Brooklyn house is a found family. Everyone.

-its a rule to not anger the fire elementalists, someone tried that once, poor Jaz had to fix them up because their hands were burned.

-speaking about Jaz, she's Bi. Argue with the wall and fight me, I'll die on the hill.

-Jadie is a thing. Again, fight me

-they take turns babysitting the anklebitters.

-Julian is the Anklebitters favorite babysitter because they get to paint his nails.

-a while after Cleo got the fake coat (in Brooklyn houses magician manual) Thoth gave her a real one.

-since it's cannon that Alyssa does pottery, I headcanon that she made a bunch of vases

-felix is the cinnamon roll

-speaking about Felix, he names all of his penguins. And I mean ALL of them.

-Walt Sells good luck charms to the kids with tests.

-Zia and Carter go on dates at least once a month

-Carter is the mom figure and has unofficially adopted Felix and a bunch of other kids

-Sadie will sing along to every musical.

-Sadie is not only the coolest kid in the house, but also A Theater kid. Fight me.

-everyone used to be scared of Zia at first, but once they got to know her, they think of her as the second mother figure.

-Zia is a cat person.

-its all just pure chaos.
