Top 5 OTPs
When @xfadedmemoriezx tagged me, I thought I would have trouble filling out the list, but it turned out, I had trouble narrowing it down. So, here are (possibly) my top 5 in no particular order:
1. Krillin / Eighteen from the Dragonball franchise
2. Lloyd Irving / Sheena Fujibayashi from Tales of Symphonia (reminds me a lot of K18, actually, and they were the first couple for whom I wrote started a fanfiction that ended up being over 50k words.)
3. Peter Parker / Mary Jane Watson-Parker from Spider-Man (pictured with their second daughter Annie. Mayday is still alive somewhere. We all know it.)
4. Charles “Trip” Tucker III / T’Pol from Star Trek: Enterprise
Number 5 could go a lot of ways. There’s Rodney McKay / Jennifer Keller from Stargate: Atlantis. Years ago, I wrote a lot of fanfiction centered around that couple. There’s Niles Crane / Daphne Moon from the sitcom Frasier. This was the first relationship I became emotionally invested in on TV in the 90s. I also became quite fond of Chandler Bing / Monica Geller on Friends toward the end of the show. I could even go with a recent favorite, Akito Takagi and Kaya Miyoshi from the manga/anime Bakuman. But I’ve decided to go with a classic. For my number 5:
5. Clark Kent / Lois Lane from Superman, particularly Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Dan Jurgens’ rendition of the couple post-New 52 up until Dan Didio got his grimy mitts on them again.
Considering I’m wearing two Superman S-shields as I type this, it was only natural for these two to appear in my list.
