Description

Having survived the Flood, Noah and his family offer a sacrifice to God, who has created a rainbow above the land emerging from the waters as a sign of the new Covenant between him and mankind. Koch lived for over forty years in Rome. In his heroic landscape, inspired by the Sabine Hills, he carefully balances the relationship between nature and the Bible narrative. The representation of the dialogue between living creatures and nature was one of the achievements of this Romantic Classicist, who came to the fore in the nineteenth century as the founder of a new form of German landscape painting.

ilya growing up in this cold austere palace full of people who hate him ....when he says they pull from him like vampires..!!!..... getting really into sports both as a masculine activity their family can use to look past their queerness and as a genuine method of physical escape.... the vampire as facade, as persona, as violent self hatred....... ANNDDDDD SHANE/SIMON....... if I am not useful I am nothing.. if I am disappointing I am worthless.....everything I do must be heroic enough to make up for the fact that its me..... how much they stutter when slowing down , when ilya/baz want only to bask in the feeling of finally being safe but shane/Simon simply cant trust it......... SO SO SO MJCH TO CONSIDER
